Chef Daniele Piccinini expresses his sensitivity and experience through dishes that are generous in flavour, texture and colour. Made from carefully selected produce, they stand out for their subtle contrasts.
The chef plays with crunchiness, creaminess, tenderness, acidity, bitterness and dares to be light, but always in a spirit of pleasure and indulgence.
