WHY
“LES TROIS VERRES” ?
The name Les Trois Verres is a tribute to the prestigious Gambero Rosso guide. An international reference in the field, it awards the famous Tre Bicchieri - three glasses - prize every year to the wines that best combine quality, territorial identity and mastered expertise. As a result, our wine list is a bouquet of Italian wines, whose roundness, perfume and silkiness reflect the distinctive characteristics of their terroirs and producers.

We tirelessly seek out wines that are original, authentic and true to their territory, even if they are off the beaten track. During our visits, in addition to meticulous tastings, we listened to the winegrowers, learned about the characteristics of a parcel and understood the winemaking processes specific to each estate. Our selection is a colour chart of Italian sensations and culture, initiating a dialogue of the senses with our Chef's dishes.
